What’s Included:

• All services from the Birth Preparation and Support Package(prenatal meetings, on-call availability, continuous birth support, and immediate post-birth support)
• WhatsApp Group for Ongoing Support – Dedicated WhatsApp group where I provide prompt answers and support between 9 am–6 pm, Monday to Friday, with 24/7 availability from 38 weeks onward.
• Weekly Zoom Pregnancy Yoga Classes – Join a weekly online yoga class for gentle stretching, relaxation, and breathing techniques to support well- being and birth preparation.
• Three Postnatal Visits + Postnatal Yoga (3 Sessions) – Three tailored postnatal support visits with in-home newborn care, feeding guidance, and light practical support, plus three postnatal yoga sessions to aid recovery, rebuild strength, and promote relaxation.
• Phone and Text Support – Access to ongoing phone and text support during the first six weeks postpartum.

Please note all bookings for birthing packages must first be reviewed. To book a package customers must first fill out the contact form and wait to hear back from Simone with her upcoming availability.

Once we receive your submission, a member of our team will review availability and assess suitability. Following this, you’ll be invited to have a phone or in-person consultation with Simone, our lead Doula. This conversation will give you the opportunity to ask any questions and ensure you feel confident moving forward.

If you wish to proceed with your booking, we will then secure your preferred dates and issue a detailed invoice via email or WhatsApp, outlining the total cost and selected services. Payment can be made either by bank transfer or through our secure online payment system.

One 3rd of the cost is required to secure services and to reserve your due date on the calendar. The next 3rd will be due at 30 weeks gestation, the remaining balance of your payment is due by 36 weeks. Other payment plans can be negotiated also so please do contact us for further information. All prices include 20% tax. This amount will be shown on your invoice.
