What’s Included:

• Two Prenatal Meetings (Remotely) – Discuss birthing options, comfort measures, creating a birth plan, and any questions you may have.
• WhatsApp Group for Ongoing Support – WhatsApp group for you and your partner to ask questions and receive support between 9 am–6 pm, Monday to Friday.
• Pregnancy Yoga (3 Sessions) – Three online pregnancy yoga sessions tailored to support relaxation, flexibility, and breathing techniques.
• Virtual Support in Early Labour – Available via phone, text, or video call during early labour until you feel ready to head to the hospital or birth center.

Please note all bookings for birthing packages must first be reviewed. To book a package customers must first fill out the contact form and wait to hear back from Simone with her upcoming availability.

Once we receive your submission, a member of our team will review availability and assess suitability. Following this, you’ll be invited to have a phone or in-person consultation with Simone, our lead Doula. This conversation will give you the opportunity to ask any questions and ensure you feel confident moving forward.

If you wish to proceed with your booking, we will then secure your preferred dates and issue a detailed invoice via email or WhatsApp, outlining the total cost and selected services. Payment can be made either by bank transfer or through our secure online payment system.

One 3rd of the cost is required to secure services and to reserve your due date on the calendar. The next 3rd will be due at 30 weeks gestation, the remaining balance of your payment is due by 36 weeks. Other payment plans can be negotiated also so please do contact us for further information. All prices include 20% tax. This amount will be shown on your invoice.
