What’s Included:
TWO-THREE Prenatal Meetings – In-depth sessions to discuss birth preferences, create a birth plan, and explore comfort measures and coping strategies.
• WhatsApp Group for Ongoing Support – Dedicated WhatsApp group for you and your partner, where you can ask questions and receive emotional support. I aim to respond promptly between 9 am–6 pm, Monday to Friday, and am available 24/7 from 38 weeks onward.
• Pregnancy Yoga (2 In-Person Sessions) – Tailored yoga sessions focusing on relaxation, breathing, and gentle stretching to support a healthy pregnancy and prepare for birth.
• On-Call Support – 24/7 on-call support starting from 38 weeks until birth.
• Continuous Birth Support – In-person support at home during early labour and at the hospital or birth center through delivery. I’ll stay with you throughout, offering guidance and emotional support at every stage. • Immediate Post-Birth Support – I’ll remain with you for a couple of hours post-birth to support initial feeding, answer questions, and provide emotional reassurance. • Two Postnatal Visits + Postnatal Yoga (1 Session) – A postnatal check-in for birth debriefing, feeding support, and newborn guidance, plus one postnatal yoga session starting from 6 weeks postpartum.
(Yoga can be swapped for massage)

Once we receive your submission, a member of our team will review availability and assess suitability. Following this, you’ll be invited to have a phone or in-person consultation with Simone, our lead Doula. This conversation will give you the opportunity to ask any questions and ensure you feel confident moving forward.
If you wish to proceed with your booking, we will then secure your preferred dates and issue a detailed invoice via email or WhatsApp, outlining the total cost and selected services. Payment can be made either by bank transfer or through our secure online payment system.
One 3rd of the cost is required to secure services and to reserve your due date on the calendar. The next 3rd will be due at 30 weeks gestation, the remaining balance of your payment is due by 36 weeks. Other payment plans can be negotiated also so please do contact us for further information. All prices include 20% tax. This amount will be shown on your invoice.
