What’s Included:

• Overnight Support (3 nights) – I’ll provide overnight support in your home, usually from around 10 pm to 6 am. This includes:
• Newborn Care – Help with feeding, nappy changes, and soothing your baby, allowing you to rest.

• Feeding Support – Support with breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, or a combination, to ensure feeding is comfortable and effective.
• Sleep and Soothing Techniques – Guidance and practical help with calming and settling techniques, which can help establish healthy sleep patterns in the early days.

• Rest for Parents – I’ll take care of the baby so that you can get some uninterrupted sleep, feeling reassured that your newborn is in safe hands.
• Nightly Recap – A brief summary each morning of how the night went, including any notes on feeding, amount of nappy changes, and soothing methods used.

• WhatsApp Support During Package Period – Access to WhatsApp for any follow-up questions or guidance related to nighttime routines, with responses between 9 am–6 pm, Monday to Friday.

Duration: Customisable, from a single night to a package of nights across the early weeks.
Cost: £350 for 3 nights

How to Add This Package”
The Early Days Night-Time Support Package can be purchased as a standalone package or as an add-on to any of the main packages (like the Complete Birth and Postnatal Support Packages) for more comprehensive around-the-clock care in those early days.

This night-time support package provides peace of mind for new parents adjusting to life with a newborn, making a gentle night-time rhythm achievable. Let me know if there’s anything you’d like to add!

One 3rd of the cost is required to secure my services and to reserve your due date on my calendar. The next 3rd will be due at 30 weeks gestation, the remaining balance of your payment is due by 36 weeks. Other payment plans can be negotiated also so please do contact me for further information. All prices include 20% tax. This amount will be shown on your invoice.
